SpaceEvents version 1.2.0 has been released and includes a number of new features bug-fixes and improvements.
Key features are:
🔗 External Events, useful if you use a different website for registration. You could also link to a FluentCart Product or FluentCommunity Course to take payment.
🚫 Restrict access using Fluent CRM Tag. This works with the free and pro version of FluentCRM, allowing you to restrict access to events by Tag. If a member is registered on an event and their Tag is removed, their access is automatically removed and they are sent an email. You can also set default Tags for Public (Portal) events and also Spaces.
🌍 Fully translatable. It is now possible to translate every string in the plugin, including the editor placeholder, address search, admin attendee tables, status labels and settings screens, and more.

Still to come in v1.x releases — WordPress Gutenberg Blocks and shortcodes, allowing you to display public events on any page of your website — not just inside the FluentCommunity portal. Also, custom Event Fields so organisers can add structured information to events — such as difficulty level, distance, or equipment needed — ideal for walking groups, workshops, and sports clubs.
