All products sold through the Website are digital software plugins. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the plugin in accordance with the licence terms specified on the product page.
Unless otherwise stated, a licence entitles you to:
- Use the plugin on the number of sites specified by your licence tier.
- Receive updates and support for the duration of your active licence period.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicence, or share the plugin or its source code with any third party.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal through our parent company, SEEDO Media Ltd. As such, you may see “SEEDO Media” or “SEEDO Media Ltd” appear on your bank or payment statement. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already completed.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@tribetools.pro with your order details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
Upon refund, your licence will be revoked and you must cease using the plugin and remove it from all sites.
6. Delivery
As all products are digital, delivery is immediate. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the plugin via your account on the Website and/or a confirmation email with download instructions.
7. Support
Support is provided for the duration of your active licence. Support covers questions relating to plugin functionality, installation, and configuration. Support does not cover general WordPress development, server configuration, or third-party plugin conflicts.
We aim to respond to support requests within 2 working days.
8. Intellectual Property
All plugins, code, documentation, and content on the Website remain the intellectual property of SEEDO Media Ltd, trading as Tribe Tools Pro. Your licence grants you the right to use the product, not ownership of it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
- Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
